Season 1

Episode 01: “Hamtaro”
Hamtaro and his hamster neighbour Oxnard meet up with a big-shot hamster named Boss who is love struck by the enchanting hamster, Bijou. A Ham-song can save the day.
Episode 02: “The Ham-Ham Clubhouse”
Hamtaro makes some new hamster friends and they end up creating the Ham-Ham Clubhouse from a hideout they use to avoid a ferocious cat.
Episode 03: “Calling all Ham-Hams”
The Hamsters learn that when friends support each other, everything works out.
Episode 04: “Come out Bijou”
Hamtaro convinces Bijou to leave her cage and join Boss and Ham-Ham gang at the clubhouse.
Episode 05: “Diamonds of Sugar”
The Ham-Hams try to get their paws on some sparkling candy that Laura and Kana are eating.
Episode 06: “First Time at the Beach”
Hamtaro and the Ham-Hams visit the ocean and help rescue Laura and Kana when they get lost during a fierce storm.

At the Sun Flower Seed Harvest Festival, Elder-Ham notices that Sandy bears a striking resemblance to a boy hamster he once knew and the Ham-Hams vow to find his whereabouts.
Episode 14: “The Search for Sandy’s Brother”
The Ham-Hams aim to reunite Sandy and her twin brother, Stan, who turns out to be a real flirt. Sandy is happy to see him, but not impressed with his cassanova-style.
Episode 15: “Bijou’s Favorite Ribbon”
Bijou is furious when Hamtaro uses her favourite hair ribbon for a blindfold in “Blind Man’s Bluff,” but reconsiders when Hamtaro hurts himself picking acorns for her.
Episode 16: Get Well, Laura
Laura catches a cold and the Ham-Hams nurse her back to health.
Episode 17: “Hamtaro, The Super Sleuth!”
Things go missing at Laura’s school and also in the Ham-Ham Clubhouse! Hamtaro starts an investigation to find the thief.
Episode 18: “The Slipper Chase”
Hamtaro and his Ham-Ham friends set out to deliver a missing glass slipper to Laura for her performance of Cinderella in the school play.
Episode 19: “Panda’s Ham-Ham Fun Park”
Both Kana and Laura and the Ham-Hams have fun going to the amusement park.
Episode 20: “The Snoozer Mystery”
The Ham-Hams set out to figure out the identity of the missing hamster featured on a poster.
Episode 21: “Courage Cappy”
A young hamster named Cappy wishes to leave home, but the Ham-Hams talk him into returning home, teaching him an important lesson about friendship.

When Laura ponders what to give Travis for his birthday, the Ham-Hams also decide to make presents for a hamster they care about.
Episode 23: “Maxwell’s Big Scoop!”
When Laura gets assigned to write for the school paper, the Ham-Ham Friends are excited about starting their own paper “The Ham-Ham Times”.
Episode 24: “Hamtaro, Please come Home”
Hamtaro goes missing one day when he tries to retrieve Laura’s favourite red ribbon.
Episode 25: “Merry Christmas”
Christmas is almost here and all the Hamsters can think about is what presents they want. Who is the secret Santa who delivers gifts to all?
Episode 26: “The Legend of the Courageous Hamtaro”
Laura and Hamtaro both dream about living in Camelot.
Episode 27: “The Snow Storm”
After a snowstorm, Laura & Kana decide to go ice-skating. Hamtaro isn't thrilled about being in the cold, but after he recruits his Ham-Ham Friends he knows he'll have a good time.
Episode 28: “The Amazing Auntie Viv”
There is a marathon race at Laura's school and a friend of Elder-Ham's comes to town to participate. In the meantime Laura, who is running with Kana stumbles and inures herself, causing Travis to come help her.
Episode 29: “The Search for Dad’s glasses”
After Laura's Dad loses his glasses, Hamtaro and the Ham-Ham's go on an adventure to find them.
Episode 30: “Brandy’s Big Race”
Hamtaro and the family dog Brandy go with Laura to a dog sled race. Brandy decides to sign up for the race after feeling guilty about being so lazy.
Episode 31: “Boss is a Mom”
Boss is acting strange lately, and the other Ham Hams are concerned. They decide to follow him one day and soon discover that he's caring for an abandoned kitten.
Episode 32: “Valentine’s Day”
It is Valentine's Day and Laura decides to make chocolates for Travis. In the Ham Ham Clubhouse, the travelling Auntie Viv appears, wanting to give a Valentine to Elder Ham.
Episode 33: “Let’s Cross the Rainbow”
Hamtaro and Bijou go on a search for a missing rainbow.
Episode 34: “Watching Over Cute Penelope”
Dexter and Howdy volunteer to baby-sit Penelope for Pashmina.
Episode 35: “Yahoo! It’s Girl’s Day”
It's almost Girl's Day, a day just for girls when they celebrate with Girl's Day Doll displays and treats.
Episode 36: “Farewell Bijou!”
When Maria, the owner of Bijou decides to go back to France, Bijou must bid her Ham-Ham friends good-bye.
Episode 37: “Oxnard’s Big Crush”
Kana & Laura visit Dylan on the Flower Ranch farm and meet Pepper, Dylan's pet hamster.
Episode 38: “The Precious Letter!”
Jingle, Boss and Hamtaro search to find out why Melanie hasn't replied to Laura's letter.

On Children's Day, Laura's Grandpa comes to visit, bringing with him his latest invention, a mini mechanical car.

Bijou disappears at the aquarium and Hamtaro and friends go to look for her and stumble across a fairy tale about the sea.
Episode 46: “The Sports Festival”
The Ham-Ham's organize a sports festival for themselves.
Episode 47: "Romancing the Roosters"
Mr. Yoshi, Laura's teacher, cannot forget Charlotte, the beautiful woman he met in the wild, classroom chicken incident. The Ham-Ham Girls set out to find her.
Episode 48: “Ham-Ham Clubhouse in Danger
During the rainy season, the Ham-Ham's want a change of atmosphere so they decide to redecorate the clubhouse, however, they accidentally locked themselves in.
Episode 49: “In Search of the Pendant”
Hamtaro is determined to find Laura's parents’ anniversary pendant.
Episode 50: “Even the Ham-Hams get Seasick”
The Ham-Hams and Laura's class take a field trip to the harbour to ride a sightseeing boat.
Episode 51: “Stan and Sandy Make-up”
The hamster siblings have one of their heated arguments and decide not to speak to each other again until the Ham-Ham's intervene.
Episode 52: “It’s Robin Ham”
Snoozer dreams that he and the Ham-Hams are Robin Hood and his Merry Men.

Season 2

Episode 53 "Pepper's Visit"
Laura’s town is having a story-writing contest, and Laura writes a great story about star-crossed romance, of love separated by the Milky Way in the sky. Impressed, the Ham-Hams decide to do some story telling of their own. Meanwhile, Oxnard is bursting with excitement because his favorite hamster, Pepper, is coming to visit for the summer festival. But Pepper’s arrival is delayed and Oxnard rushes frantically out to the countryside to find her, in case she might be in trouble. Unfortunately, Pepper and Oxnard cross paths but miss each other. Only the stars can tell if Oxnard will get to see Pepper!
Episode 54 "Pop Star"
A young pop star named Glitter has just enrolled in Laura’s school. What’s more, Glitter and her accompanying pop-star hamster, Sparkle, are scheduled to perform a live concert in town! The Ham-Hams invite Sparkle to come hang out with them at the clubhouse. But despite all the Ham-Ham’s efforts to befriend Sparkle, she’s a tough nut to crack. Meanwhile, the glamorous Glitter has her eyes on Travis, and Laura is sad and jealous. Will Glitter and Sparkle find a way to fit in?
Episode 55 "Laura is Really Gone!"
Laura gets a bad score on a math test and as a result she is unable to get the CD player that her parents promised her. Upset, Laura storms out of the house and decides to run away and join the circus. But on her way Laura runs into Maria, Bijou’s owner, downtown and decides to follow her. They get on a bus and Laura ends up at Maria’s piano concert! Meanwhile Laura’s parents and the Ham-Hams are very worried about Laura. Is Laura ever going to come back?
Episode 56 "Boss, the Cool Ham of the Sea!"
It’s summertime, and Laura and her family are going to the beach so that Laura can show off her new swimming skills. Of course, the Ham-Hams tag along too and Boss is all excited to show Bijou his dashing sailing prowess. But once out on the water, Boss gets seasick and as he hits the floor of the boat, the hull cracks. Bijou and Boss are in trouble, but hamsters can’t swim! How can Boss and Bijou be saved?
Episode 62 "Penelope Makes a Friend"
Kylie, Penelope’s owner has a cousin named Ethan who comes to visit! Young Ethan and Penelope take an immediate liking to each other, and play and play all day until they both fall asleep exhausted and happy. Penelope soon decides that she wants to give Ethan something to show him that he is her new best friend! But she is so shy and Ethan is carefree and oblivious. The Ham-Hams try to help Penelope out of her disappointment and bring her to Ethan’s school, where surprising news awaits the anxious and unsuspecting Penelope.
Episode 65 "Mimi's Dream Park!"
Mimi, Panda’s owner, is all excited because she is supposed to go to the amusement park but her little sister gets sick and her parents can’t go, so a disappointed Mimi doesn’t get to go either. Feeling badly for Mimi, Panda enlists the other Ham-Ham’s in a plan to cheer her up! Panda, with his crafty handyman skills, sets about constructing Mimi’s very own Ham-Ham Fun Park! But after building all day, the weather turns bad and a big storm threatens to destroy all the Ham-Hams’ hard work for Mimi! Part 1 of 2
Episode 69 "A Fortune Comes True!"
Kana likes to play with cards and tell people’s fortunes, and lately she is getting good at it! The Ham-Hams are immensely interested and want Oxnard to tell their fortunes, too. Oxnard predicts that Boss will meet up with something big, white, and round, and suddenly a big, white, rabbit sits right on top of Boss! The rabbit turns out to be someone’s lost pet and the Ham-Hams, Laura and Kana all join in to help the rabbit find its owner.
Episode 59: "In a Pinch a Rival Appears"
A new boy, Robert, joins Laura's school and impresses them all with his soccer skills.
Episode 73 "A Breath of Autumn"
It's Labour Day and the Ham-Hams decide to get a gift for Mrs. Haruna.
Episode 76 "Laura & the Seven Hamsters"
Laura dreams that her and the Ham-Hams are in a movie called "Laura and the Seven Hamsters".
Episode 80 "Sunset Proposal"
Mr. Yoshi finally proposes to Charlotte!
Episode 81 "Stucky's Tunnel"
The Ham-Hams meet a new hamster who is a genius hide and seek hamster.
Episode 82 "Ham-Romance"
Kana decides to tell Laura her romance fortune.
Episode 85 "Roberto's Ally"
Roberto quits the soccer team, despite the regional championships are coming up soon!
Episode 87 "Maria's Birthday Party"
Maria's Birthday Party has Boss escaping from Maria's dog Princess.

The Ham-Hams encounter a strange new hamster -- Nin-Ham!

Hannah, Howdy's childhood friend, develops a crush on Dexter.

The Ham-Hams decide to help Doctor Lion out by cleaning up the clinic for him.
